Can I use these cards if I am not a nurse?

Yes, these cards are applicable to any member of the healthcare team. 15/18 cards in the package are applicable to non-nurse members of the healthcare team.

What are the benefits of gratitude?

Current research supports that expressing habitual gratitude has been shown to increase well-being and resiliency, reduce illness and mortality, as well as increase workplace productivity and culture. There is also evidence that suggests expressing gratitude improves sleep, strengthens the immune system, increases tolerance to pain, enhances feelings of joy and empathy,  and protects against depression.

Can you create cards for my specific profession?
